He is technically educated and actively manages the production line, shop-floor execution, and process adherence, ensuring that engineering designs are translated into manufacturable, reliable, and repeatable products. His deep practical experience enables effective troubleshooting, process stabilization, and continuous improvement at the operational level. In addition to production, Manish leads purchase and sourcing functions, including vendor development, component qualification, cost control, and material planning.
